I agree to the rules set forth by a tournament host (Dumau Kimonos) and to compete with the qualities of good sportsmanship.
I hereby agree to participate knowing there is a risk for an injury, death and post-traumatic syndrome that happens during or after the tournament.
I also agree not to sue the tournament host, or any related organizations for an accident, injury, death, and post-traumatic syndrome that happened during or after the tournament.

I give up any rights to the tournament host for copyrights related to the tournament. I also agree to the public display of any personal information through brochures, official results, etc.
