Singapore National Open 2014 Weight Divisions and Double Absolutes
The Singapore Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships (SBJJC) is opening the competition up to Female, Male (Adult/Masters) and a combined Brown/Black category, all based on IBJJF weight categories.
For the first time in Singapore, there will be Double Absolute Divisions for the Male - White, Blue & Purple divisions. Hence, you are automatically qualified for Light Absolute (u70kg) when you register to fight any weight division under 70kg and Heavy Absolute when you register to fight any weight division above 70kg. Entry into the respective Absolute divisions will be based on your registered weight division, all other reasons will not be entertained.
*Masters eligibility - 35 and above as of 29 August 2014
